Floify · Porch Group Point of Sale Reviewed floify.com ↗
In short

Floify is a Mortgage Point of Sale product from Porch Group. MortgageTechReview scores Floify 4.6 out of 5.0, ranking Floify #3 of the 22 products tracked in Mortgage Point of Sale Software, as of August 11, 2026. The verdict

Denver-founded POS launched in 2012 by Dave Sims, acquired by Porch Group in October 2021 for roughly $90 million. Built around a secure application, communication, and document portal connecting originator, borrower, and referral partners. A strongly reviewed product, widely adopted among small and mid-size lenders.

Where it wins

  • Best independent review data of any platform here. G2 reviewers score it around 9.5 on both meeting requirements and ease of use. Quality of support scores 9.6, and Capterra sits near 4.8.
  • The interview-style application is the borrower experience benchmark in this category. Dynamic Apps lets lenders tailor the flow by loan type without code.
  • Fast deployment and high adoption. It is consistently described as the POS that teams actually use rather than the one that gets bought and abandoned.
  • Separate broker and lender editions, so the product fits both channels rather than forcing brokers into a retail workflow.
  • Real scale behind it: over 1,500 companies and, as of the acquisition, tens of thousands of applications closing monthly.

Where it falls short

  • No published pricing.
  • Porch Group owns it to get early access to high-intent homebuyers for insurance, warranty, and moving services. The product is good and the brand was kept intact. Understand that your borrower pipeline has value to the parent beyond software revenue.
  • Lighter than Blend, BeSmartee, or Cloudvirga on enterprise disclosure automation and pre-underwriting.
  • Review volume, while high quality, is modest in absolute terms at under 40 responses on several G2 dimensions.

Why it scores 4.6

Scored on the Point of Sale weight profile. The number shows where it sits in this category. It rests on evidence anyone can check, including the vendor's own record. The weights →

4.3

Production impact

35% of score

Floify earns its keep at the front of the file. Documents come in, missing items get chased, and the borrower keeps moving without follow-up calls from the loan officer. The company reports 7.5 days faster to clear-to-close and one client saving $287,000 a year on eSign, both unaudited. For a broker or small lender coming off email and shared drives the gain is large and it lands in weeks. It is not fulfillment automation, so capacity at scale stays where it was.

4.1

Functionality and depth

15% of score

The point of sale basics are all here and all solid: application intake, document collection, eSign, milestones, loan officer notifications. The interview-style application is the borrower experience other vendors get compared against, and Dynamic Apps lets a lender change the flow by loan type without code. Separate broker and lender editions admit the two buyers need different things. What is missing is the enterprise disclosure automation and pre-underwriting that Blend, BeSmartee and Cloudvirga carry.

5

Integrations and ecosystem

20% of score

This is the reason to buy Floify. The integrations page names systems rather than categories: six origination platforms, twenty-plus credit vendors, four verification providers, two pricing engines, a long CRM list. Wholesale connections reach UWM and AFR. No other point of sale we review publishes that specificity. If you run a less common origination system, this is usually the fact that decides the purchase.

4.9

Adoption and support

20% of score

G2 reviewers score it around 9.5 on meeting requirements and ease of use, and 9.6 on quality of support, with Capterra near 4.8. Deployment is fast and loan officers pick it up without a training program. This is consistently the point of sale teams actually use rather than the one that gets bought and abandoned, and small lenders run it for years without replacing it. Review volume is modest, under 40 responses on several dimensions.

4.8

Return on spend

10% of score

Entry cost sits far below the enterprise platforms and implementation runs weeks, not quarters. For a lender coming off manual process the payback is quick, and the adoption evidence says the seats actually get used, which is where software spend usually leaks. Over 1,500 companies run it. Two cautions: nothing is published on price, and a lender that grows into needing workflow automation pays for a second migration later.

On price. Floify no longer publishes tiers on its own site and routes buyers to sales. Capterra lists a $79 per user per month starting price with a free trial. That figure is not vendor-confirmed and it ages. Get a written per-seat quote with integration fees named, since credit and verification connections often price separately.
