For vendors: claim your profile

Every tool we track gets a profile whether or not you ask for one. Claiming yours is free: prove you manage the domain, then correct the facts we hold about your business.

What claiming gets you

Fact verification. Confirm your company details, category placement, pricing model, and integrations before your review publishes. Real screenshots. Supply current product screenshots for your profile’s “product in practice” section, we still capture our own during review. A heads-up. Claimed profiles get the vendor fact-check window before a review goes live: facts only, never scores, never copy approval.

What claiming never gets you

A better score, a higher position, or a softer review. The rubric is public and the same for everyone. That’s why readers trust it, and reader trust is why being listed here is worth anything at all.

Premium profiles: coming later

Enhanced profile tiers (expanded media, featured placement, always labeled) open after our first review wave. Claiming now puts you on the list to hear first.

What claiming gets you, and what it never will

Stated up front rather than after you hand over an email address. Claiming is live and free. The paid tiers are not built yet, and this table changes on the day that stops being true.

What no tier buys, at any price

  • See your score before it publishes.
  • Approve, soften or delay a review.
  • Move a rank, a score, or a position in a table.
  • Be removed from a comparison on request.

They are not negotiable at any price, and there is no mechanism in the software to make them negotiable.

How claiming works
  1. Create an account and find your product.
  2. We show you a TXT record to publish in the DNS of the domain already on file for that product. Publishing it proves you manage the business. You never choose which domain — we derive it from the listing.
  3. You get the facts currently on file and can correct any of them with a source. An editor reads every correction; nothing publishes automatically.
  4. Corrected facts go live and the listing carries the date. The score, if one exists, does not move unless the evidence moves it.

Cannot edit DNS for your domain? That is common at larger companies. Start the claim anyway and the portal will tell you who to email.
