WFG MyHome review

WFG MyHome · Williston Financial Group Title & Closing Production Reviewed wfgtitle.com ↗
In short

WFG MyHome is a Title Production product from Williston Financial Group. MortgageTechReview scores WFG MyHome 2.3 out of 5.0, ranking WFG MyHome #11 of the 12 products tracked in Title Production Software, as of August 11, 2026. Scores on MortgageTechReview are weighted across five axes and are never paid for or influenced by a vendor relationship.

The verdict

MyHome is Williston Financial Group's technology arm, and its tools sit beside WFG's title and settlement business. The lender piece is the Funder Dashboard. Funders see live balances, fees the lender holds from the wire, notary details, executed documents and recording status. Recording and disbursement approval happens in advance, before the wire goes out. That is a narrow problem, and a real one, because funding-day blindness is expensive. Nothing published says whether a lender keeps these tools without sending WFG the title order.

WFG MyHome wins 0 of 5 axes against Qualia, on the weight profile published for this category. Full head-to-head →

Where it wins

  • Funder Dashboard shows live balances and the fees held from the funding wire
  • Recording and disbursement get approved in advance, before the wire goes out
  • Multiple funder logins fit a team rather than a single user
  • Williston Financial Group backing, a national underwriter with its own agency network

Where it falls short

  • No LOS or POS integration is named anywhere in public material
  • Neither site states whether the tools license apart from WFG title orders
  • A collaboration layer only; there is no title production or escrow accounting here
  • No pricing or licensing model has been published

Why it scores 2.3

Scored on the Title & Closing Production weight profile. The number shows where it sits in this category. It rests on evidence anyone can check, including the vendor's own record. The weights →

2.3

Production impact

30% of score

The Funder Dashboard kills a specific class of funding-day phone calls. Live balances, the fees held from the wire, notary detail, executed documents and recording status, with recording and disbursement approved before the wire goes out. Real, and very small. It touches nothing upstream of funding, not application, not underwriting, not closing, and nothing published quantifies the hours saved. What is on offer is part of one day of a loan file.

2.3

Functionality and depth

25% of score

This is a collaboration layer, not a title production system, and it does not pretend otherwise. The family pairs a residential resale collaboration platform with MyHome Exchange for mortgage lending, and the Funder Dashboard is the lender piece. Within funding day the feature set is well aimed, and multiple funder logins fit a team rather than one user. There is no escrow accounting and no production engine underneath, so against the rest of this category it is a fraction of a product.

2.0

Integrations and ecosystem

20% of score

Neither MyHome’s site nor WFG’s announcements name a single LOS or POS connection, or any third-party integration at all. Connectivity is described only as integrating with the systems where you work. For a tool whose entire value is visibility into a loan file, an unnamed source for that file is not a detail, it is the product. Until somebody names the connection and demonstrates it, assume the data arrives because WFG is doing your title.

2.6

Adoption and support

15% of score

Funders are a small group with a clear daily job, so adoption itself is easy and WFG has built out the surrounding consumer experience with Milestones. Everything contractual is unresolved. Support arrives through the WFG title relationship rather than a software agreement, so there is no service level to hold anyone to, and neither site states whether the tools license apart from sending WFG the title order.

2.5

Return on spend

10% of score

If the tools travel with WFG title orders, the marginal software cost is near zero, but then the real question is whether WFG is the right title partner for your volume, and that is not a software decision. If they license separately, no figure has been published to judge. Either way you cannot price it, and what you are pricing is visibility into the last hours of a file.

On price. Not published. Neither myhome.com nor WFG’s material shows pricing or tiers. No licensing model for the MyHome tools appears either.
