Qualia review
Qualia is a Title Production product. MortgageTechReview scores Qualia 4.8 out of 5.0, ranking Qualia #1 of the 12 products tracked in Title Production Software, as of August 11, 2026. Scores on MortgageTechReview are weighted across five axes and are never paid for or influenced by a vendor relationship.
Qualia is the closest thing this category has to a default choice. Core is cloud title and escrow production, Atlas the enterprise tier, Connect the consumer portal, Shield wire fraud, Assure underwriters. Acquisitions took out serious competitors: Adeptive's ResWare in December 2020, then RamQuest and E-Closing from Old Republic in January 2025. Buyers rate it 4.7 out of 5 across more than 200 verified Capterra reviews, praising interface and consolidation. What decides it is whether you will adopt Qualia's process, because the steadiest complaint is workflow rigidity and restricted forms. Add-on modules carry their own cost, so the platform price is rarely the whole price.
How Qualia compares to the field
Ranked first in Title & Closing ProductionQualia scores highest of the 12 products scored in Title & Closing Production, so every other page in this category is compared against it rather than the other way round. The ranked table shows the full field.
Where it wins

- Marketplace puts underwriter, search, banking and payment vendor ordering in one surface

- Support quality swings between reviews, from a few rings to weeks-long tickets
- No published pricing at any tier, for any product in the line

Production impact
30% of scoreConsolidation is the production story. Putting production, escrow accounting, document handling and the consumer portal in one system removes handoffs that cost real time on every file. Reviewers repeatedly cite faster document processing and quicker closing statement preparation. Qualia Clear pushes further, positioned by the company as automating a large share of title and escrow work. That claim is the vendor’s own, with no independent evidence yet. The same reviewers report workflow rigidity and restricted forms.
Functionality and depth
25% of scoreThe line now serves nearly every size of title operation. Core for independent agencies, Atlas and ResWare for large ones, Assure for underwriters, Connect for the consumer, Shield for wire fraud, Marketplace for vendor ordering. Very few competitors serve a buyer at every one of those sizes, and owning ResWare, RamQuest and E-Closing means the alternatives now sit inside the same company. The gap is at the customisation end, where reviewers report restricted form editing and document management that does not match a bespoke shop’s old process.
Integrations and ecosystem
20% of scoreMarketplace puts underwriters, search providers, banking and payment vendors into one ordering surface, and the count of available connections runs materially larger than what SoftPro publishes. Owning ResWare and RamQuest, plus E-Closing, also means Qualia controls much of the integration surface other title vendors build against. One wrinkle is worth knowing. CertifID’s own documentation describes its Qualia integration as covering ResWare and RamQuest, not the full line, so confirm the specific connection you need.
Adoption and support
15% of scoreThe interface is the most consistently praised thing about the product. Reviewers describe working out features without opening documentation, and buyers rate it 4.7 out of 5 across more than 200 verified Capterra reviews, praising interface and consolidation. For an agency hiring and training closers, that is the difference that shows up fastest. Support draws mixed reports, some citing phone answers within a few rings, others tickets left open for weeks. Migrating off a legacy system is still the hard part.
Return on spend
10% of scoreThis is where Qualia scores lowest, by some distance. Add-on modules such as client portals cost extra on top of the platform, no pricing is published at any tier for any product in the line, and third-party comparisons argue the cost runs high against functionality for smaller operations. A large agency consolidating several tools does better on the arithmetic than a two-office shop paying platform money for a process it could run on less.
On price. Qualia’s pricing page lists every product, Core, Clear, Atlas, Resware and Assure included, with a contact-us button under each. No figures are published. Third-party comparison articles cite annual starting figures, but those come from competitors rather than from Qualia.
