In short

Jungo is a Mortgage CRM and Lead Management product. MortgageTechReview scores Jungo 4.1 out of 5.0, ranking Jungo #8 of the 34 products tracked in Mortgage CRM and Lead Management Software, as of August 11, 2026. The verdict

Mortgage overlay built on top of Salesforce, in market since 2005. Delivers mortgage CRM, co-marketing, and compliance from one login while inheriting the Salesforce platform underneath. Rated roughly 4.5 on G2, though on a small base of about 20 reviews.

How Jungo compares to Shape

Ranked first in CRM

Shape currently scores highest in CRM, so every other product in the category is compared against it here. That is a ranking on our published rubric rather than a recommendation, and it changes when the scores change. Category Leader

Jungo wins 0 of 5 axes against Shape, on the weight profile published for this category. Full head-to-head →

Where it wins

  • Salesforce power with mortgage logic already built, which skips much of the FSC build project.
  • Publishes pricing at $96 per user per month annual, $119 monthly, plus a $249 to $299 setup fee.
  • Extensive integration reach through the underlying Salesforce platform.
  • Better-rated borrower portal than BNTouch per G2 reviewer scores.

Where it falls short

  • The published price is not the real price. You still need Salesforce licenses underneath, which changes the math substantially.
  • G2 reviewers score ease of use at 7.2 and quality of support at 7.6, both below mortgage-native peers.
  • Dependent on the Salesforce business model and pricing decisions you do not control.
  • Practically requires someone comfortable administering Salesforce.

Why it scores 4.1

Scored on the CRM & Lead Management weight profile. The number shows where it sits in this category. It rests on evidence anyone can check, including the vendor's own record. The weights →

4.4

Production impact

30% of score

Salesforce underneath means reporting and extensibility no standalone mortgage CRM can match, and the mortgage logic is already built rather than a build project you fund. A shop able to use that gets pipeline visibility the rest of this category does not reach. G2 rates it around 4.5. The review base is about 20 and no production evidence is published, so what earns the score is the architecture, not a measured outcome.

4.7

Functionality and depth

15% of score

Architecturally this sits well. A mortgage-specific data model runs on a platform that extends as far as you are willing to build. Mortgage CRM, co-marketing and compliance come from one login. G2 publishes no borrower portal score for Jungo, so that component is untested in public. The entry tier is where it thins out. LOS Sync, messaging and the Leads App all sit above it, so the cheap version is not the product.

4.5

Integrations and ecosystem

15% of score

Reach through the Salesforce platform underneath is the whole point. Whatever your other vendors connect to, Salesforce is on the list, and that is a different kind of coverage than a mortgage CRM’s named partner page. LOS Sync is a shipped product rather than a roadmap item. It is not available at the entry tier, so the connection you are buying this for costs more than the advertised seat price.

3.7

Adoption and support

30% of score

This is what costs it. Running Jungo well means administering a mortgage application and a Salesforce org at the same time. G2 reviewers score ease of use at 7.2 and quality of support at 7.6, both below mortgage-native peers. A mid-size lender without a Salesforce administrator takes on a second job in the category where adoption already fails most purchases. The published implementation failure here was a Salesforce configuration error, not a product defect.

3.1

Return on spend

10% of score

The lowest number here. Jungo publishes $96 per user per month annual, $119 monthly, plus a $249 to $299 setup fee, and that is not the price. Salesforce licenses sit underneath and change the math substantially, while LOS Sync sits above the entry tier. The termination clause bills you until a de-installation meeting takes place, the least buyer-friendly term found anywhere in this category. It is published, so it is intent.

Pricing notes

Lite at $96 per user per month annually or $119 monthly; Bundle at $125 annually or $149 monthly. Setup is $249 or $299 depending on tier. A one-year minimum applies with no month-to-month option. LOS Sync, the Leads App and SMS sit in the Bundle tier only. A Salesforce subscription is required separately and is not included in these figures.
