Insellerate wins 4 of 5 axes. Same rubric, same weights, no sponsorships.

Contact centre volume against loan officer follow up

Insellerate sells to institutions. It calls itself “AI-powered CRM and marketing automation” for financial institutions. It covers mortgage, auto, personal and commercial lending, across retail, wholesale and consumer direct channels.

Bonzo sells to advisors and small teams. It describes software that helps users “create conversations at scale” through text, video and voicemail. One is bought by a chief operating officer. The other is often bought by a branch manager with a company card.

Price, published and unpublished

Bonzo publishes $150 per seat per month on its solo tier. The small team price did not render on 19 August 2026. Enterprise is custom. A MonitorBase Connection add on requires a sales conversation, and no figure is shown for it.

Insellerate publishes no price, and its pricing URL returns a 404. Third party estimates of $65 to $95 per user per month circulate. Those are estimates, not vendor figures. Ask for the seat minimum, the implementation fee, telephony overage and the per message rate.

Contact rate, and the scoring claim behind it

Insellerate’s Aithena product scores each inquiry from call audio. The company claims 89 percent scoring accuracy on a first call. It also claims a 38 percent increase in sales opportunities and a 9X return within 90 days.

Those numbers are vendor stated and unverified. No sample size, date range or method is published anywhere on the site. Bonzo publishes no equivalent conversion figures, which is its own kind of answer. Neither belongs in a pull-through forecast.

The integration lists neither vendor publishes

Insellerate names no loan origination, point of sale or pricing engine partner on its own site. It cites more than 1,300 APIs and generic references to your LOS and dialer. Its integrations URL also returns a 404. Aithena is described as able to run with Salesforce or Velocify.

Bonzo’s integrations and features pages did not render on 19 August 2026. Its home page shows Zillow, LendingTree, Realtor.com, Bankrate and Zapier. A Path Software announcement confirms one loan origination system link, though Bonzo’s own site does not name it.

Vendor numbers with no method behind them

Insellerate publishes large aggregate counts. These include 1.1 billion API calls over 36 months, 543.7 million webhooks and 34.8 million applications. No customer count, denominator or measurement detail accompanies any of them.

A buyer cannot turn those into pull-through or cost per funded loan. Ask instead for a reference lender of similar size and channel. Ask what their contact rate was before and after, and who measured it.

Ownership, and what it signals about the roadmap

Bonzo sits inside Mobility Market Intelligence, which acquired it in August 2023. MMI added MonitorBase in February 2025. Bonzo’s roadmap now answers to a data company’s strategy, and the MonitorBase add on is the visible result.

Insellerate has been founder run since 2012. Josh Friend is chief executive and founder, with Jack Friend as chief operating officer. No investor or parent is published. In June 2026 it announced an embedded homeowners insurance partnership with Covered.

Review counts, and the billing pattern inside them

Insellerate holds 4.6 from 25 reviews on G2. Bonzo holds 4.0 from 34 on G2 and 3.0 from 11 on Capterra. Both counts are small enough that one unhappy cohort moves the average. Treat either score as a prompt for reference calls.

Bonzo’s Capterra reviews repeat a billing theme. Several describe charges continuing after cancellation was requested. One describes waiting close to a month for phone number approval during onboarding. That delay is a direct hit to speed to lead.

Which one to pick

A lender running a contact centre with recorded calls and quality review should shortlist Insellerate. Call scoring and compliance work is where its build sits. A small team buying on speed to lead should shortlist Bonzo, because the seat price is public.

Ask Insellerate for its named LOS integrations and a written per seat price. Ask Bonzo for the small team price, its cancellation notice period and its phone number provisioning time.
