Where it wins
- The easiest platform in the category to get loan officers actually using. That reputation is deserved.
- Strong analytics and ROI reporting relative to price point.
- New leadership team and an aggressive AI roadmap under Lendware.
- Named partnerships with recognizable lenders including Neo Home Loans and First Option.
Where it falls short
- Three brand names in three years creates real confusion and raises stability questions.
- The October 2025 acquisition followed reported executive turnover, layoffs, and allegations of financial mismanagement at Aidium. National Mortgage News covered it as a rebrand after summer turmoil.
- Much of the AI roadmap is announced rather than shipped as of mid-2026.
- Pricing not published post-rebrand. Historical Whiteboard pricing was near $79 per month, no longer a reliable guide.
Why it scores 3.8
Scored on the CRM & Lead Management weight profile. The number shows where it sits in this category. It rests on evidence anyone can check, including the vendor's own record. The weights →
Production impact
30% of scoreThe capability is real. Analytics and return reporting are strong for the price point, and this is widely regarded as the easiest platform in the category to get loan officers actually using, which is what decides whether a CRM produces loans at all. Named partnerships include Neo Home Loans and First Option. What holds it at solid rather than high is the transition. A platform mid-handover carries different risk than one that is merely young.
Functionality and depth
15% of scoreOn paper it competes with the mid-market mortgage CRMs, and the analytics and return reporting are better than the price point suggests. New leadership under Lendware is pushing an aggressive AI roadmap. Read that roadmap carefully, because much of the AI is announced rather than shipped as of mid-2026. Buy what is running today. What is running today is a capable mortgage-native CRM that loan officers open without being chased.
Integrations and ecosystem
15% of scoreThe current list is adequate for a mid-market CRM, but you will have to confirm it yourself: the record names no LOS, no partner list and no connector count. Named partnerships with recognizable lenders, Neo Home Loans and First Option, are commercial relationships, not evidence that anything is wired together. The open question is not what connects today. It is who maintains those connections through the ownership change, Whiteboard to Daily AI to Aidium to Lendware inside three years, and upkeep is the work that slips in a transition.
Adoption and support
30% of scoreAdoption is this product’s best trait and the reputation is deserved. It is widely regarded as the easiest platform in the category to get loan officers using, and that is worth more than feature count where most purchases die on non-use. Support continuity is the open question. The October 2025 acquisition followed reported executive turnover, layoffs and allegations of financial mismanagement at Aidium. The leadership team that answers your ticket is new and unproven.
Return on spend
10% of scoreStrong analytics and return reporting against the price point is the case, and it held when the product was Whiteboard near $79 per month. That figure is no longer a reliable guide and nothing has been published since the rebrand. So you are pricing an unknown against a roadmap that is largely announced rather than shipped, from a company that changed hands in October 2025. The value is probably there. It is hard to underwrite.
On price. Aidium publishes no price, and neither does Lendware, which acquired its assets in October 2025. Both sites route to a demo request. No third-party directory carries a figure. There is no vendor-published rate card, so this review carries no pricing-verified date.
